What areas will you coach me in?
I generally cover 5 major areas. How much of each one depends on you, your business and your goals. SALES. This is the backbone of creating a superprofitable business and one area you can get great results in. MARKETING & ADVERTISING. If you want to increase your sales, you need to find more prospects & I will show you a system for doing just that. RECRUITMENT & MANAGING STAFF. This for most small business owners is the most difficult area, however by implmenting tried and tested systems - it doesn't have to be - you can find the RIGHT staff. BUSINESS SYSTEMS. This is essential if you want to grow your business. This is where we get your business to keep running even if you are not there. CUSTOMER SERVICE. How to make it easy for your customers to buy from you, how to build relationships, get repeat business & fabulous referrals.

Are there any guarantees?
To put it bluntly, no. You see, I am your Coach, you still own your business and it is up to you to do the work. I will push you, cajole you, help you, be there for you and even do some things with you, but at the end of the day you are still responsible for doing the work. Only YOU can ever be truly accountable for your own success. I guarantee to give you as much information and assistance as I can. I will help you set your goals and put together the plan to get there. I will also ensure that you stay as balanced in your life as possible, making sure you never compromise on the long-term health and success of both you and your business.

How can you be sure that this will work in my industry and in my business?
Very simple. You are the expert in your business - you have been running it for years. I however, am an expert in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Financial Management, and Team Building, just to name a few. Together we apply the new strategies & make your business fly

How will I find the time?
If you can't find 1 hour a week to work "on" your business - how long are you going to be successful? I should be able to show you how, on a day-to-day basis, get more work done with less effort. It will be tough in the beginning but not because you have extra work but because you may need to work differntly. Remember, it's about becomming more effective at work - changing what you do with your time - NOT putting in more time.

Will it cost me extra to implement the strategies?
In most cases we'll actually save you money when we find the areas that aren't working for you. We need to turn your marketing into an investment that yields sales and profits rather than just running up your expenses. We will test and measure every thing we do so that we find out, with the least cost possible, what works for you and your business.

When is the best time to get started?
Yesterday. Ok, seriously, right now, today, this minute, before you take another step, waste any more money, lose another sale, work too many hours, miss another family event, forget another special occasion. Far too many business people wait and see. They think working harder will make it all better. Remember, what you currently know got you to where you are today. To get to where you want to go, you've got to make some changes and most probably learn something new. There is no time like the present to get started on your dreams and goals.

You can tell me about your business & the current challenges you are experiencing. You can also give me some idea of what goals you would like to pursue & we can get to know one another.
